Karina Bradley | Associate, Stafford Private Equity | Sydney, Australia

Karina is an Associate in Stafford’s Private Equity team and based in Sydney. She is responsible for evaluating co-investment and secondary investment opportunities, as well as conducting due diligence on private equity managers and funds.

Karina began her career as a commercial and tax lawyer, before working most recently at a management consultant in London, specialising in private equity. While in this role, she advised mid-to-large cap private equity funds on the commercial aspects of their transactions, as well as working on post-deal value creation plans and strategies.

Karina holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne and has been admitted to practice in the State of Victoria.
